Let’s have one last hoorah of summertime and celebrate Cathy Whims, Danielle Centoni, and their recent cookbook release of Italian Summer Kitchen with Portland Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. What better way than Pizzas and Radicchio Salad in Cathy’s l’Orto Nostrano: The Kitchen Garden of Nostrana, a 10,000 square ft. plot that Cathy and team transformed into a lush garden brimming with blooms and veggies.

On the Menu:

PIZZA

3 kinds of pizza, cooked in the garden, being served as-ready

SALAD

Insalata Nostrana radicchio, parmigiano, rosemary-sage croutons, cæsar-style dressing 
offered as-is and contains dairy, fish, gluten

CONTORNI

Roasted l'Orto vegetables (from the nostrana garden) finished with citrus agrumato (vegan)

Wine and N/A Beverages will be available on site.
