What better time to learn to bake these delicious, and classic, desserts: eclairs and cream puffs!? Mindy will lead you through making the choux pastry & the whipped cream-based raspberry chantilly filling!
During class, students will individually prepare the choux pastry. While they are baking, Mindy will do a demonstration on how to prepare the passionfruit flavored flat icing glaze and Students will then prepare their own whipped cream to fill and decorate their creations! Each student will take home about 12 cream puffs or eclairs.
