Who We are:
Collective Kitchen is a commissary kitchen and cooking classroom located at 173 NE 3rd Ave suite 105 and 106 in Historic downtown Hillsboro. Our mission is to incubate small craft businesses & preserve hand-made traditions for future generations.
We have a commissary kitchen that hosts 8 local farmer's market food vendors & food carts. We have a cooking classroom for in-house and guest chefs to share the skills of their trade. We have lease-able tenant spaces that currently house D'Anu boutique winery, and coming soon to our property is Collective Market, a local grocer and restaurant! We organize community events like Farm to Table Dinner, Friday Night Bites, Pumpkinfest, & Chocopalooza to support our mission.
