In this class, you'll learn about the basics of making great handmade pasta, and create your own fresh pasta dough, fill it, shape it, sample it, and take home your hard work to enjoy! You'll learn how to make tortellini- shaped filled pasta. Students will receive all recipes and get to enjoy a composed pasta portion in class and take home more for seconds later!
