MEEt Mindy

Mindy Crosato started Decadent Creations Bakery as a one-woman show out of her house in 2010. She’d be up at midnight baking hundreds of cupcakes & pastries to personally bring to Portland-area farmers markets, and then sell all day! 

15 years later, Mindy is now the baking authority in the Pacific Northwest. She is the winner of the Food Network’s hit show Chopped Season 23’s chocolate-themed episode, “Chocolate Rush.” She’s the chef/ owner and creative behind 5 Portland area food businesses: Decadent Creations Bakery, Collective Market, Notorious B.A.G.E.L., Treehouse Kitchen, and Collective Kitchen, a cooking classroom and commissary space. Her mission is to build foodie communities and spread the love of scratch-made foodie tradition.
