Join us on the lawn between Decadent Creations & Collective Market for this once a year very special 5 course dinner, hand-crafted by Hillsboro's top chefs, featuring Hillsboro's top farmers, ranchers, and featuring Oregon wild-caught seafood.
This year our featured wine pairings are from Collective Market wine buyer, Aurelien Crosato. Wines will be available by the glass, or chef's small pour pairings with each course for an additional charge.

Aurelien Crosato: trained under Michel Bras, founder of Michelin-starred restaurant, Solena in Bordeaux, France. Now partners with Mindy Crosato, they live in Portland with their four daughters.
