Learn how to make a classic festively decorated yule log with local Chopped champion & owner of Decadent Creations Bakery, Mindy Crosato!

Mindy will demonstrate the ganache frosting and meringue mushrooms. In teams of 2, students will make their own chiffon cake from scratch to roll, assemble with homemade berry compote, and decorate with chocolate bark, powdered sugar snow, rosemary branches and more! Each student will assemble their very own ¼ sheet yule log to take home at the end of class!
