Private Class with Aurelien Crosato 8/6 5 pm
Chef Aurelien will guide 18 guests from Genentech through a hands-on culinary experience focused on the art of Sicilian-style pizza—a thick, airy, focaccia-inspired crust topped with vibrant, seasonal ingredients.
During the first half of the class, we’ll break into small groups to prepare pizza dough from scratch and create delicious toppings and sides. Chef Aurelien will demonstrate key techniques and guide each group through shaping, topping, and baking their own pizzas.
In the second half of the class, students will be seated and served a Sicilian pizza feast, featuring the creations made during the workshop.
Drinks will be available for purchase during the class. No outside food or beverages, please.
