Private Team Building Event for Genentech: Home made tortellini with Aurelien Crosato 12/16 3:00 PM
This is a private booking for Jaclyn Landon with Genentech
In this class, 10 students will learn the fundamentals of crafting delicious handmade pasta from scratch. Each student will create their own fresh pasta dough, fill it, shape it, sample it, and take home their hard-earned creations to enjoy later!
We’ll focus on tortellini-style filled pasta, covering technique, texture, and shaping skills. Each student will receive a full recipe packet, enjoy a sample during class, and leave with additional freshly made pasta to cook at home.
Aurelien Crosato is former chef and owner of Soléna, a Michelin star restaurant in Bordeaux, France. Food and Drinks will be available for purchase before and during the class. No outside food or drink please.
