This is a private booking for Genentech

Chef Aurelien and 12 students will prepare and be served a three course restaurant-worthy meal:

Home made ricotta and preserved lemon tortellini salad, croutons and sherry vinaigrette

Chicken or Zuchini roulade. Provencal sauce, seasonal vegetables

Yuzu-chocolate flourless cake with raspberry sauce

During the first half of class, we’ll break into teams to prepare each course. During the second half of class students will be seated and served the meal they prepare. Drinks will be available for purchase class. No outside food or drink please.
