Join Fabi for an afternoon of tamale making! Learn everything you need to know to make these tasty treats from beginning to end. We'll be making tamale dough and filling from scratch! You'll be a pro by the end of class and be able to share these quintessential Mexican bundles of goodness for all of your gatherings. You'll go home with tamales in hand!
What to Expect:
Class includes all ingredients, tools, recipes and instruction.
Some demo + hands-on time. Making tamales from start to finish.
This class contains chicken, pork, and corn.
This class is gluten free friendly.
Class will end with taking your tamales home with you.
Bring tupperware!
