Team Cooking Experience – Genentech
The Whole Collective Kitchen team will guide 65 Genentech guests through a hands-on culinary experience, followed by a charcuterie board and drinks.
Each participant will learn the fundamentals of making focaccia dough and take home their own batch to bake.
Guests will also split into groups to:
Top ready-to-bake focaccia with flavorful ingredients
Bake a flourless chocolate cake
Craft creative alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
The entire space will be privatized from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
Additional drinks and food will be available for purchase during the event. No outside food or beverages, please.
