Chef Aurélien Crosato will guide 12 guests from Genentech through a hands-on culinary experience focused on making the traditional French dish Cordon Bleu.

During the first part of the class, Aurélien will demonstrate how to prepare the cordons bleus, and the students will create their own.

In the second part of the class, Aurélien will demonstrate how to cook the cordons bleus, and the students will be seated and served this preparation with a glass of wine.

Other drinks and food will be available for purchase during the class. Please, no outside food or beverages.
