Learn how to make the cutest cake ever with Mindy Crosato, owner of Decadent Creations Bakery, and Chopped Champion from the hit Food Network show on season 23!
During class, in teams of 2, we will make sponge cake, chantilly cream, and marzipan! Mindy will demonstrate the vanilla pastry cream and provide a recipe for raspberry compote. Each student will roll pastel marzipan over their own 4 inch princess cake and make a marzipan rose to garnish and take home!
Princess cake contains: wheat, milk, egg, and almond
