Learn how to make French Macarons from the master, Decadent Creations Bakery owner & local Chopped champion, Mindy Crosato! Mindy will demonstrate & each student will make their own meringue to create their macaron batter. Then, students will pipe their own tray to bake fresh. Mindy will mix a batch of macaron filling and students will learn about different flavor variants. Each student will fill their own macarons to take home (aprox 20)!
