Welcome Jennifer Botelho and Family 80th Birthday Celebration Cooking Class

In this class, 10 students will learn the fundamentals of making great handmade pasta. Participants will create fresh pasta dough from scratch, learn how to make a flavorful filling, shape tortellini, sample their work, and take home extra pasta to enjoy later.

We will focus on tortellini-shaped filled pasta with a filling of ricotta, fresh herbs, Parmesan, olive oil, and preserved lemon. Students will receive all recipes, enjoy sample during class, and leave with additional pasta for a meal at home.

The class is taught by Aurelien Crosato, former chef and owner of Soléna, a Michelin-recommended restaurant in Bordeaux, France.
