This is a super fun class where you’ll learn both homemade lemon curd and eclairs!
What better time than the summer to learn to bake this citrusy delicious dessert! Mindy will lead you through making the choux pastry & the whipped cream filling!
During class, students in teams of 2, will prepare the choux pastry, and individually pipe their eclairs. While the eclairs are baking, Mindy will do a demonstration on how to prepare the lemon curd and whipped cream Students will then prepare their own whipped cream to fill and decorate their creations! Each student will take home about 8 eclairs.
