Learn how to make the infamous 'drunken pumpkin' cake, a fall-best seller at Decadent Creations Bakery. Mindy will demonstrate mixing and baking the pumpkin cake batter as well as the candied hazelnut frosting, home-made marzipan, and rum ganache. Each student will get to frost and take home their own 6 inch cake and make their own marzipan pumpkins for garnish!
