Caramelized White Chocolate Texas Sheet Cake is the cousin of the classic Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake. A yellow cake with caramelized white chocolate pecan frosting, giving the cake a warm, rich flavor of vanilla, caramel, and nuttiness. Think pecan pralines but in cake form. In class, we'll make smaller versions and learn how to caramelize white chocolate, store it, and use it for frosting and other baking ways. Plus, we'll decorate the cakes for everyone to take home.
