This advanced course focuses on the Sous Vide technique.  Sous Vide, which means "under vacuum", is a technique that is used commonly in professional kitchens is now available at home thanks to technology.  In this 3 hour class, Chef Jimmy Le will help you learn how to create a 3 course meal with sous vide techniques in each course.  After class, you'll know how to use sous vide technology in a variety of ways to create a restaurant quality meal at home.  Sous vide techniques and safety procedures will  be covered in this lesson.  Included will be a breakdown on how sous vide works, what equipment is needed, and the recipes used in this class.
