Come celebrate the beginning of Oktoberfest on September 30th by learning to make some delicious authentic German food!

Anybody can warm up a bratwurst... let’s do it better this year! Traditional Bavarian breaded pork cutlets with buttery, lightly herbed dumplings, and a simple greens salad.

Collective kitchen chef, Mark Colligan will host an evening of passionate cooking and eating from his childhood years in Bavaria. Mark has been teaching classes here at Collective Kitchen since the beginning. His classes “Perfect Pizza” and “Handmade Pasta” have become some of the most popular classes offered!

October deserves something extra special. Come learn a trick or two, eat a great meal, make some new friends, and go home to throw your own party with confidence.

This year‘s Oktoberfest begins September 30 and goes through October 7 in Munich Germany.
