Learn different methods to make delectable vegetarian Ethiopian dishes. Using popular Ethiopian spices, you will create tasty dishes of slow simmering veggies. This is a hands on class, where you will make a red lentil stew, yellow split peas stew and green beans and carrot dishes, All to be enjoyed at the end of class. You will go home with sample spices to make your own Ethiopian dishes.
