Spring has sprung! What better time to learn to bake these delicious, and classic, desserts: eclairs and cream puffs! Anna will lead you through making the choux pastry, the filling, and the glaze that goes on top. You will also learn a few variations for decor! 
During class, students will work together to prepare the choux pastry. While the puffs are baking, Anna will do a demonstration on how to prepare the fillings and toppings. Students will then fill and decorate their creations! Each student will take home about 6 cream puffs or eclairs.
