In this class, we will go over how make a tasty creole marinade, how to marinate chicken and other meats, bake the chicken, saute veggies, and prepare a creole sauce to go with it. We’ll make 3 types of creole rice:

(1) dark mushroom rice
(2) rice and beans
(3) vegetable rice
We’ll finish this class with a hearty authentic creole meal!
